Kristen Stewart made her debut appearance on the red carpet at the Oscars and she looked beautiful. Kristen wore a stunning custom-made navy blue Monique Lhuillier gown with a trumpet skirt and train. We just love navy blue and you don't see it very often on the red carpet. Kristen accessorized the look with an H. Stern 18k white gold Marquis diamond bracelet which retails for $224,000. Kristen wore a smokey eye with heavy liner and a pale lip. She wore her hair in a textured updo. Her publicist rushed her by the press, including the L.A. Times, which the journalists understandably weren't too happy about. At the Oscars Queen Latifah introduced a clip for the Governor's Award ceremony that honored achievements, exceptional contributions to Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and outstanding service to the Academy. Queen
hit a fashion home run with her figure-hugging violet, custom-made gown from Badgley Mischka. The one shoulder gown featured a jewel-encrusted band which wrapped around the bustline and strap, which was very flattering.
Queen accessorized the look with huge drop earrings which contained diamonds, South Sea pearls and pink sapphires by Chopard.
We thought her subtle makeup was really beautiful. Queen, who is the face of CoverGirl Cosmetics, wore CoverGirl's Lash Blast mascara, Covergirl Queen Collection Natural Hue Liquid Makeup in Warm Caramel and Covergirl Queen Collection Natural Hue Minerals Pressed Powder in Brown Bronze. Her smokey eye was balanced perfectly by her pale lipstick, which was a mixture of MAC lipstick in Midimauve, Kevyn Aucoin's Flesh Tone Lip Pencil in Deep and Covergirl ShineBlast Lip Gloss in Aglow.

Miley Cyrus graces the cover of the April issue of Teen Vogue. The feature includes an interview with Miley and a photoshoot with Miley and her The Last Song co-star and boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. Miley told Teen Vogue that she and Liam are "deeper than normal people."
On Meeting Liam: "He's really tall. I thought, Either I'm going to have to be in heels or standing on something for this entire movie! He definitely showed chivalry: I remember him opening the door for the director, and I was like, Wow."

New images from Lady Gaga's "Telephone" music video have been leaking over the past couple weeks, including this one which shows Lady Gaga wearing duct tape. Lady Gaga's millions of monsters will not have to wait much longer. The video will exclusively premiere on E! News on Thursday, March 11th at 11:30 PM EST. "Telephone" is the second single from Lady Gaga's platinum album The Fame Monster. The video will also make its online debut at midnight that evening on VEVO.com and LadyGaga.com. The video is nine-minutes long and is directed by Jonas Akerlund. After the video premieres on E! News, Ryan Seacrest will conduct an exclusive interview with Lady Gaga.

Meryl's updo and her makeup were just perfect: she looked beautiful. Her shoes were fab too; she wore silver platform heels.

Best Actress nominee Carey Mulligan chose a black Prada gown with an asymmetrical hemline for her first walk down the red carpet. If you look closely at the gown, you'll see that the gown is embellished with Swarovski crystals, as well as miniature corkscrews, watch gears, scissors, forks and knives. It's a very clever twist on a classic gown that makes it quite youthful and fun. You may recall that Carey said Anna Wintour advised her to wear a short gown to the Oscars, but she refused saying that when she was a little girl that wasn't how she pictured herself walking down the red carpet, which is a hilarious thing to say to Anna. We weren't really feeling the black satin ankle strap shoes, which were also by Prada. The heavy straps interrupted the lovely long line of her legs. But it's a minor quibble: she looked great. Carey accessorized her look with a black satin Prada clutch and huge vintage diamond chandelier earrings by Fred Leighton.

We just loved Sandra Bullock's gown that she wore to the Oscars. The Best Actress winner looked stunning in a perfectly fitted Marchesa gown which featured cap sleeves, intricate beading and embroidery and a train.
Sandra wore her hair down in a sleek side part, which is not a hairdo she usually wears; it was very old school Hollywood glam and it really worked. She wore subtle makeup with a pop of fuschia lipstick, which we adored. Sandy didn't borrow any jewels last night: she wore her own Neil Lane diamond earrings and diamond bracelet.

Miley wore a champagne colored Jenny Packham gown which featured a bustier style bodice and a full skirt embellished with crystals. Vogue reports that the gown is a custom-made version of this gown from Jenny's Spring/Summer 2010 collection which was shown in London. The runway version of the dress has a sheer white chiffon overlay at the top and ties at the neck. We love the way Jenny modified the dress, and like it better without the overlay.
Miley accessorized the look with bronzed diamond and ruby earrings, a 200-carat bronzed diamond corset cuff bracelet and a 10-carat ruby ring, all by Lorraine Schwartz. Miley wore her hair in an updo and looked really beautiful. If only she would stand up straight! That was driving us crazy from the moment we saw her. But other than that, she looked fabulous.
Amanda looked lovely in a mint green Armani Prive gown which was encrusted with Swarovski crystals. Amanda wore her hair in a tight bun and accessorized with blackened platinum diamond earrings, 250-carat brown, champagne and mint diamond geometric bracelets and a brown diamond ball ring, all by Lorraine Schwartz.
